I’d like to mute (no sound but still get a notifications) every app on my iPhone, iMessenger, Facebook, WhatsApp, games, news, etc etc etc, however I have one app I’d like to hear.

I use an app called Tipster which I have set to play an air raid siren when someone I follow posts. However with my sound on I get all the bleeps from other apps, and with sound off the air raid siren doesn’t play.
Mute Specific Apps Mac
Some apps I have don’t have a sound option in their settings so I can’t turn off every app but Tipster then leave my phone sound on.
